Cleanse and exfoliate
The surface layer of dead skin is lifted away, which is what allows everything afterwards to actually reach the skin rather than sitting on top of it.
Extraction by suction
Blackheads and congestion are drawn out with gentle vacuum rather than squeezed. This is the part that makes it different from a traditional clean-up, and why skin is not left red and marked.
Hydrate and protect
Serums are delivered into freshly cleared skin at the point it can absorb the most. Skin feels plump and looks brighter immediately.
Walk out and carry on

Common questions
Will my skin be red afterwards?
Usually not. Some people have a light flush for half an hour or so. There is no peeling and no recovery period, which is the main reason this treatment is chosen over a deeper peel.
Can I have it before a wedding or event?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people book. Two or three days before is ideal so skin has settled completely. If it is your first, come a few weeks earlier so you know how your skin behaves.
How often should I have one?
Around every four weeks suits most skin. Congestion and texture respond to repetition rather than to one deep treatment, which is why the three-session course exists.
I have active acne. Can I still have it?
Sometimes, and sometimes acne needs treating properly first. If acne is your main concern, book a skin consultation with our dermatologist instead and let the plan come from there.
How is it different from an ordinary facial?
Extraction is done by suction rather than by hand, and the serums go in immediately afterwards while the skin is still able to take them. The result is more consistent and there is no marking from manual squeezing.
Men too?
Yes. Congestion, blackheads and dull skin are not gendered, and it works around a beard without difficulty.
